Coeur d'Alene: Tubbs Hill

When it comes to the state of Idaho there is tremendous beauty. Around the city of Coeur d'Alene you will find this. If you are a fan of hiking then there is one area that it is worth checking out. It takes you through the hills and mountains along the lake.

Tubbs Hill is a hiking area that offers various stretches of hikes through this scenic area. The hikes range from short easy walks to more extreme that can push you to the limits but one thing you will find regardless is the natural beauty. The main trail that takes you about two miles around the area offers a mix of rugged terrain and splendid beauty. Despite the challenges of the hiking I found it quite enjoyable. It offered great views of the nature and lake Coeur d'Alene. The entire hike itself takes about an hour and offers you a sense of beauty that this portion of Idaho has to offer. Seeing the fall foliage along the way and across the park was my favorite portion to the hike.

To access Tubbs Hill it is near the marina and The Marina Boardwalk. You will need to have good shoes or hiking boots as the terrain can be somewhat rigid. Add a stop to Tubbs Hill when visiting Coeur d'Alene when visiting Idaho as it was another part of a great post it journey in Idaho. #ridingwithkurt #postit #idaho
