There are plenty of great areas to explore whether you are looking for incredible dining, history, the arts, a great hotel, live music, or shopping. One such street in Nashville offers all of this and is located in the heart of downtown Nashville. Many of these places along this street have been recommended to me by post it note.
Just a short walk from Broadway is 4th Avenue North. There is a great stretch of amazing stops in this area of the music city that is very historic but very popular among the tourist. The area on 4th Avenue North is between Union Street and Church Street. There are three great hotels here that include the Dream Hotel, Bobby Hotel, and Noelle. For dining in this area there is Stateside Kitchen, Church and Union, Sinatra, Drug Store Coffee, and many more. For shopping there is the arcade which offers some great stores and stops. There is also the historic Printers Alley which at one point was were all the printing presses were and during Prohibition this is were all the speakeasies were. Today there are plenty of great dining and live music experiences including Skulls Rainbow Room, Fleet Street Pub, Daddy's Dog, and other stops.
Historically this was were the original settlers settled the area with Fort Nashboro back in 1779. The area is only 15 to 18 minutes from the Nashville International Airport. Add a stop at 4th Avenue North when visiting Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
