Aruba Beach Cafe Fort Lauderdale, FL!!!

My first post it note stop last night after checking into my hotel was a place that two individuals that I gave a ride to three weeks ago. They were from the Fort Lauderdale, FL area and said this is one place that you have to check out for dining. It is located in the Lauderdale By The Sea area.

Aruba Beach Cafe is a beach dining experience like no other. Incredible views of the ocean, a wide range of dining options with their menu, and a ambiance that is quite lively with the live music. The menu ranges from soups, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, entrees, and desserts. They have a great drink menu which offered a wide range of options. For my cocktail I had their Guy's Margarita which was awesome. For the appetizer I had their oysters on the half shell which were excellent, very tender, a slight sweetness, along with the horseradish and cocktail sauce that were a nice addition. For the entree I had the Baked Stuffed Shrimp which consist of Fresh Shrimp stuffed with a Crab Stuffing with a garlic butter lemon sauce and served over island rice with sauteed vegetables. The entire dish was a home run and it paired well with their house chardonnay.

The service was excellent and my server Marco was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. The ambiance had a very fun and relaxed vibe with even the live music along with great views of the ocean.
