Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida!!!

There are plenty of great hotels in the Fort Lauderdale, FL, but the hotel that was recommended to me by post it note were from two locals who I gave a ride to one day. It is a very short walk to the beach, had awesome views of the ocean, and only twenty five to thirty minutes from the airport. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by their valet staff and doorman which made a great impression on me about the kind of stay I was about to experience.

Sonesta Hotel on North Fort Lauderdale Blvd and will leave a ever lasting experience any time of the year. The hotel was very clean and the individuals at the front desks were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Any time I had a question they had answers immediately for me. The room I stayed in had a spectacular view of the beach and ocean plus they were very spacious. The bed was a king bed and very comfortable. I slept extremely well my entire stay and woke up every morning with a great view. Each room has a big screen tv where you have access the 51 channels. The bathrooms and showers where very clean with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available. Your room is cleaned daily by their excellent house keeping service. In the morning they have a amazing breakfast buffet at Steelpan which also serves lunch and dinner. Each morning I enjoyed their wide selection of breakfast items including a hot bar with eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, breads, bagels, charcuterie, fresh fruit, omelet station, cereal, and fresh fruit juices. The servers were awesome along with the views of the ocean from the dining room.

The walk to the beach was less than five minutes in which beach chairs are available with a stay at the Sonesta Hotel. There is a pool located on property which the little ones in your family can also enjoy. There are plenty of gift shops, restaurants, and even a state park called Hugh Taylor Birch State Park right by the hotel. If you are about location near the beach then the Sonesta hotel is for you and your family or friends. Plus it will be a hotel I look forward to returning to one day on another post it note trip to South Florida.
