The weekend is going to be very interesting here in Nashville, TN with snow in the forecast. There are plenty of great events this weekend, but things for these events could change due to the winter weather. Here are your happenings for the weekend in the Music City.

There are three great nights of music at the Ryman this weekend. On Friday evening at 8:00 Peter Rowan with Sam Grisman Project and special guests perform a very memorable night of music. Saturday night at Mavis Staples takes the stage at 8:00 pm. Finally, Sunday at 7:30 pm Nashville The Encore Tour will offer great lineup.

Saturday hockey is back at Bridgestone Arena. The Nashville Predators will be hosting the Utah Mammoth at 2:30 pm. This will be a great game between the two teams. Drop off location can be found at the corner of 6th and Broadway.

This weekend at the Schermerhorn the Nashville Symphony will provide another great event. The Nashville Symphony will be performing the music of Frozen along with showing this classic Disney hit. Show times are at 11:00 am and 7:30 pm on Saturday with Sunday at 2:00 pm. This is an all ages event and drop off location can be found on 4th Avenue South next to the Schermerhorn.

For dining options that have been recommended to me by post it note head to Milk and Honey in the Gulch, Burger Up on 12th Avenue South, Greenhouse in Green Hills, and Germantown Pub in Germantown. With the winter weather for pickups near downtown have them pick you up at 6th and Broadway. It is going to be a fun and snowy weekend in Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
