Happenings In Nashville, TN This Week and Weekend!!!
Happy Labor Day and hope you are enjoying a extra day off. There are plenty of excellent events at Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, The Ryman, and First Bank Stadium this week. Here are your happening for the week and weekend in Nashville, TN.
Bridgestone Arena has a couple events this week. On Thursday at 5:30 pm it is Petey's Party that raises money for Parkinson's disease. This upcoming Saturday there is a legendary performance with Brooks and Dunn taking the stage. The performance is at 7:00 pm with drop off location at 6th and Broadway.
At Nissan Stadium there is the first NFL game on the season on Sunday at noon. The Tennessee Titans will be hosting the New York Jets. This is a fun event and experience to attend when visiting the Music City. If you are a fan of football or of either team then this is one to add to attend this Sunday. Drop off location can be found on the corner of 1st Avenue North and the Woodland Street Bridge. After the game walk across the bridge to get picked up on Korean Veterans Bridge at the Joseph Hotel.
The Ryman has a great lineup this week beginning on Wednesday. On Wednesday at 7:30 Roger Daltry will offer a great show. Thursday at 7:30 om Little Feat will take the stage. Friday at 8:00 pm Paul Cauthen will provide a great night of music. Finally, on Saturday Juanus will provide a incredible performance at 8:00 pm.
College Football is back in Nashville again at First bank Stadium on Saturday. The Vanderbilt Commodores will be hosting Delaware at 3:15 pm. This is always a great college football experience on the campus of Vanderbilt University. For pick up at the end of the game walk over to Centennial Park.
