The other day, I was giving a ride to a guy who was a Nashville Native and we were talking about the food scene in Nashville and how it's greatly improved over the years. He told me about one of his favorite sandwiches stops in East Nashville. Today, I stopped by Bill's Sandwich Palace to check out this hidden gem. It's a quaint little restaurant with friendly service and staff. Their menu is simple, but the sandwiches are incredible. Today, I had the Badass Bill's Beef with Bear Creek farms braised chuck roast, caramelized onions, aged cheddar, pickled veg giardiniera, horseradish mayo, garlic butter toasted bolillo roll. This sandwich was awesome with incredible flavor and ingredients that added a great balance hitting all the major taste buds. The Beef had deep depths of flavor that complimented the Carmalized Onions and pickled vegetable giardiniera. On top of that, the roll was awesome as well. Definitely add this to your lists of restaurants to check out in East Nashville. #ridingwithkurt
