If there is one thing about the city of Nashville, it is how the food scene has greatly improved over the last three years. There are so many great and diverse experiences for dining in the music city. If you're looking for three restaurants that offer globally inspired menus and cuisines, then I have three that have been recommended to me by post-it notes are places that I often tell my passengers about.
The first is Epice, which is a Lebanese dining experience that offers dishes that are reflective to that of the country of Lebanon. They menu varies from appetizers, salads, soups, and entree dishes. They are open for lunch and dinner. I had their Lahmajin, which is spiced lamb, pickles, and vegetable labneh served in a Lebanese style wrap. It is served with potatoes and salad. The flavors are immense but yet simple. The ambiance is quaint and simple, along with fantastic service. It is located in the 12th Avenue South area of Nashville.
The second place is Etch, located in downtown Nashville. Etch is a Mediterranean Fusion Experience with the creativity of Nashville's iconic chef Deb Paquette. The menu is vast and globally inspired but also has hints of southern ingredients as well. Additionally, every dish I have ever had with their menu that is seasonal does not disappoint. The ambiance is immaculate, and the service will never let you down. They also have a Franklin location at the Factory.
The third is an Indian dining experience that is located in the Gulch area of Nashville. Chauhan Ale and Masala House are a Indian dining experience like no other. The menu and restaurant are inspired by the owner, Maneet Chauhan, who is a celebrity chef on Food Network and an Iron Chef winner. The Tamarind Lamb Chops are spectacular and every part of the flavor that represents the cuisine of India. The ambiance is amazing, and service is one that will not let you down.
Each of these three experiences in dining in Nashville is unique but offers global flavors. They are in three different areas of Nashville, which each offer their own experiences. Add a stop at these three for your next world cuisine dining in Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
