The Northern Rim Of The Grand Canyon Arizona

Yesterday, I was giving a ride to someone from Florida who was visiting Nashville for the first time. We began talking about travel, especially about Arizona, and they indicated that was a state that was on their bucket lists. One particular area that came up was the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon has two sides to it with the Northern and Southern Rim. The Northern Rim was part of my second post it note trip two years ago. It is an area of the United States I highly recommend to travel to.

There are four stops that you must add when visiting the Northern Rim of The Grand Canyon. These are located throughout the area at various stops. They consist of Point Imperial, Roosevelt Point, Angels Window, and Cape Royal Point. All offer spectacular views of the Grand Canyon with plenty of hiking at each point. The Visitor Center is also very good with plenty of information about the Northern Rim, hiking information, souvenirs, picnic areas, snacks, and the Park Rangers offer valuable information for the park

The park at the Grand Canyon at the Northern Rim is limited by hotels, so I highly recommend looking at Page, Arizona, or Saint George, Utah, for towns to stay in. In Page, I stayed at Quality Inn View Lake Powell, and at Saint George, I stayed at Ramada By Wyndham. Both offered comfortable rooms with great breakfast to start your day.

The Northern Rim is an incredible experience. I found early June as a great time to visit the park with temperatures in the 80s. Make sure you pack plenty of snacks and beverages as resources can be limited. Add this incredible park for your upcoming travels throughout the United States. #ridingwithkurt
