This weekend at Centennial Park, it's the Tennessee Craft Fair. If you are looking to check out some amazing artists and those sharing their local talent, this is one you'll not want to miss. This is an all ages event and has plenty of great activities and food as well. The fair is Friday through Sunday, May 2nd through 4th. The event begins at 10:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. This also is a free event to attend!!!
While you're there, head over to the Parthenon. This awesome piece of Nashville history offers an art gallery, the history of the Parthenon, and the second floor has artifacts from the original Parthenon in Athens, Greece. The hours on Friday and Saturday are from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm while on Sunday it's open from 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm. The gift shop is located on the first floor, and the entrance into the Parthenon is $10.00.
Plenty of dining nearby, including many that have been recommended to me by post-it notes. Some of these restaurants include Martin's BBQ, I Love Sushi, Elliston Place Soda Shop, Amerigo's, Jasper's, and Chateau West. Any of these dining experiences will not leave you disappointed.
The Tennessee Craft Fair is an awesome event to explore this weekend. History, incredible artists, and great food, along with other great attractions nearby and stop at Centennial Park and the Parthenon, is always an epic experience. Add this great event as things to do in Nashville, TN, this weekend. #ridingwithkurt
