Some Great Stops in South Florida!!!

Prior to all my post it note travels there is a place that I have always enjoyed and one that I look forward to traveling to again with all the post it notes that I have received. It is an area that I have discussed with plenty of individuals including yesterday. It is a beautiful area of the United States and one you can travel to any time of year especially for Spring Break, Summer Vacation, and Fall Break.

South Florida offers amazing beaches, food, and plenty of areas to explore. The particular area that I enjoy is the area between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. For hotels there are two that I have enjoyed which include the Ocean Sky Resort and the Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Pampano Beach. They are both located on the beach and it is a short walk out to get your feet in the Atlantic. The rooms for both hotels are great and the beds are very comfortable. You can start your day taking long walks on the beach or going for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. They both offer great dining while taking in views of the scenery in front of your. For a great dining option in Boca Raton there is Luff's Fish House. The food is incredible along with the service. The Conch Chowder, Seared Scallops, and Key Lime Pie are always excellent and will leave a everlasting impression with this South Florida stop. If you are going to take a day to go on a road trip there are two great spots within an hour an a half. There is Islamorada along the Florida Keys that offers a great restaurant with Islamorada Fish Company that is awesome with the great views and tasty Caribbean dishes. There is also the Everglades that is a National Park and has an amazing Visitor Center. There are airboat rides and tours throughout the Everglades.

This area of Florida you can not go with and the airport is conveniently located near the downtown area of Fort Lauderdale. One final stop to add is the Hard Rock Hotel which offers a great display of legendary musicians memorabilia. Add a stop to South Florida for your upcoming Spring or Summer Vacation in 2026. #ridingwithkurt
