Pho Ann Bellevue, TN!!!

If there is one country that I eventually look forward to traveling to it is Vietnam. Someone told me about and provided me a post it note to a place in Bellevue, TN that offers a taste of Vietnam. The other evening I made a stop at this great location for some truly great food.

Pho Ann offers some exceptional Vietnamese food. There menu is quite extensive which ranges from appetizers, Pho, Noodle Soup, Vermicelli Rice Noodles, Bahn Mi, Rice Dishes, Fried Rice, Stir Fried Noodles, and other great dishes. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai that was extremely flavorful. The dish consisted of Rice Noodles tossed in a tangy Asian sauce with green onions, cabbage, peanuts, and fried egg. The shrimp where cooked to perfection and had a great seasoning to them. The overall flavor and balance of flavor was quite good.

The service was exceptional and they offered great assistance with their menu. They are open seven days a week from 10:30 am until 9:00 pm. They are located on Highway 70 South in Bellevue, TN. If you are looking for great Vietnamese cuisine head to Pho Ann. #ridingwithkurt
