Sonobana Nashville, TN!!!

I first had sushi when I was in elementary school at a place that is located in Belle Meade. Since then I have made plenty of stops at this popular sushi stop just west of downtown Nashville. The other evening I grabbed a to go order from a place that has even been recommended to me by post it note.

Sonobana is located in Lion's Head Village near Belle Meade. They offer traditional Japanese dishes including soups, sushi, appetizers, and entree dishes. The first course was the Miso Soup which offered great flavor with bits of scallion, mushroom, and tofu. The second course consisted of two delicious sushi rolls which were the Crunchy Crab Roll and California Roll. The final course was the Shogun Bento Box which offers a great mix of Japanese food. The Bento Box consists of Teriyaki Shrimp and Mushrooms, a variety of tempura items including Shrimp Tempura and a selection of vegetables, marinated bean sprouts, steamed broccoli and carrots, and a California roll with wasabi and tempura. All three courses were absolutely delicious with tremendous flavor.

Sonobana is open seven days a week with both lunch and dinner. For lunch it is open from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm and for dinner it is open from 4:30 pm til 9:30 pm.
