Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt

West End of Nashville offers plenty of great dining,  tourist stops,  Vanderbilt University,and Hotels. One Hotel to check out and add for a stay  located on West End and across from Vanderbilt University is The Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt.  Conveniently located only eight to ten minutes from Broadway and fifteen to twenty minutes away from Nashville International Airport. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby plus dining at the hotel along with a bar.

The Loews Hotel offers a great coffee house called the Pod. Offers breakfast items,  sandwiches,  coffee,  and teas. I had their iced green tea today , and it was fantastic.  Additionally,  their coffee is from Bongo Java , which is also a local coffee house. The hotel also offers Mason's that offers breakfast and lunch dining with a bit of  outhern twists.  The lobby of the hotel is also fully decorated for Christmas along with an amazing staff.

Up the street Centennial Park is located along with the Parthenon.  This historic stop is a place you'll definitely want to check out. The Parthenon built for the 100-year celebration for the state of Tennessee. The first level of the Parthenon offers the history of the venue along with aanart gallery.  The second level offers artifacts from Greece along with a forty foot statue of the goddess of Athena holding the god Nike.

For dining outside the hotel that has been recommended to me by post-it notes , include the following.

Amerigo's - Historically amazing Italian dining spot on West End. Jasper's Fusion cuisine with  an amazing variety of dishes.The Stillery - Great food along with some good hot chicken plus live music at night. Slider House - If you love Sliders, then this is a must stop. Parlor Donuts - breakfast stops with amazing donuts. 

This area of Nashville is a historical area with Vanderbilt University,  Centennial Park,  The Parthenon,  and other stops.
