L & L Market Nashville, TN

Nashville has many historical buildings that have been renovated into a multi use building that offers shopping, dining, and other great features. One such building is located in the Sylvan Park area of Nashville on Charlotte. The L and L Market originally started as a hosiery factory in 1929. After the hosiery factory, it was turned into the Genesco Shoe factory. For some time, it went vacant after Genesco. In 1996, the building became home to the L and L Restaurant Equipment Building. Today, the building has been refurbished into a place that offers a little bit of everything.

The L and L Market is a place that I have received many post-it note recommendations for. The historic building has some incredible dining lines along with some local shops to explore. The building is about fifteen minutes from downtown. Some of the dining I have enjoyed at the L and L Market include Penne Pazze, Five Daughters Bakery, Culture and Company, Honest Coffee Roasters, and Taco Chela There are excellent shops, yoga, Baseline Brewing for local brews, and local businesses that offer great local souvenirs. A couple of these shops include The Nash Store and Made In Tennessee.

This a building that I have always enjoyed visiting. It's a local stop with great food, shopping, activities, and history. Add a stop at L and L Market on your next trip to Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
