A weekend in Nashville never slows down with it just being around the corner. You won't be bored at all. Nissan Stadium, The Schermerhorn, The Ryman, and Ascend all have events this weekend. Here are your happenings for the weekend in Nashville, TN.
The Tennessee Titans will be in town on Sunday with their home opener against the Los Angelas Rams. The two teams face off at Nissan Stadium with kickoff at 12:00 with gates opening up an hour and a half before the game. Look at being dropped off by Uber at the corner of South 1st Avenue Street and Woodland Street Bridge. There are plenty of great concessions at the stadium, including Hattie B's, Daddy's Dog, and Martin's BBQ, which have been recommended to me by post-it note. An NFL experience for the Tennessee Titans is one for all ages and one you'll want to add.
The TSU Tigers will be hosting Alabama A & M on Saturday at 3:30 pm. The game will be held at Nissan Stadium. If you are a fan of college football, then head to Nissan on Saturday.
Friday evening at the Schermerhorn conductor and composer Eimear Noone and vocalists Carly Smithson will be performing an iconic show with the Nashville Symphony. Gamesymphonic will feature the incredible music of legendary games, including The Legend of Zelda, Halo, Fortnite, and many more. The performance begins at 7:30 pm on Friday evening.
Comedian Jo Koy will be performing this Friday and Saturday at Ryman. The legend of comedy will provide his amazing talent at Ryman. The performances begin at 8:00 pm with drop off at the corner of 4th and Commerce Street.
On Saturday at Ascend Ampitheater, Jessie Murphy will be performing. The concert begins at 8:00 pm with doors opening up an hour and a half before the show. Drop-off location can be found on 1st Avenue next to the Ampitheater.
It is another fantastic weekend in Nashville, TN. For dining stops that have been recommended to me by post-it note, check out Gumbo Bros in the Gulch, Optimist in Germantown, Cafe Roze in East Nashville, and Hall's Chophouse in West End. Look at being picked up at 8th and Broadway. You can't go wrong with this weekend in Nashville. #ridingwithkurt
