Happenings In Nashville, TN This Weekend!!!

The weekend can't get here fast enough, especially those visiting Nashville, TN. Whether you're looking for live music, great food, the arts, history, or taking in one of the many great areas of Nashville, there are plenty of great activities throughout Nashville. Here are your happenings for the weekend in Nashville, TN.

On Saturday at Bridgestone, Arena Billy Idol will be performing. He will be joined by Joan Jett and The Blackhearts. The performance begins at 7:30 pm with doors opening up an hour and a half before the show.

Nashville SC will be hosting D.C. United on Saturday at 7:30 pm. The match will be held at Geodis Park. This is an all ages event, especially for soccer enthusiasts.

Indiana Jones cones to the Schermerhorn on Saturday and Sunday. The Nashville Symphony will be performing the music of the legendary movie while you watch the epic movie. The show begins at 7:30 pm on Saturday while the performance on Sunday is at 2:00 pm.

At the Ryman on Friday evening at 8:00 pm, one of my previous riders will take the stage. Carly Pearce brings here amazing music to the Church. If you're a fan of her, then you'll not be one to miss this show. On Sunday at 7:30 pm, legendary country music sensation Tracy Lawrence performs. This guy has been known to bring down the house with his music.

The Pinnacle offers a couple of great artists this weekend. On Friday and Saturday, Gavin Adcock will be performing at 8:00 pm both nights. While on Sunday at 7:00 pm, JJ Grey and Mofro, along with the Marshall Tucker Band, will offer some amazing music.

For a great dining hall prior to any of these events, check out Assembly Food Hall, which is located adjacent to Bridgestone Arena at the Fifth and Broadway Building. Many of the vendors have been recommended to me by post-it notes. At the end of the evening, walk up to 8th and Broadway for your best pick-up location.
