Happenings In Nashville, TN This Weekend

You won't be bored this weekend in Nashville, TN, beginning tonight. Nissan, Schermerhorn, Bridgestone, Ryman, The Pinnacle, and Ascend Amphitheater all have events this weekend. Here are your happenings for the weekend in Nashville, TN.


At Nissan Stadium on Thursday and Saturday, Metallica, along with Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies, will be performing. The show begins at 6:00 pm each night with gates opening up around 4:00 pm. Drop-off locations are located on South First Street and Woodland Street Bridge. After the show, walk across the bridge to pick-up locations at The Joseph Hotel, 8th and Broadway, or 7th and Church Street. I highly recommend you walk out after the concert.


The Schermerhorn Symphony Center has La Vida Loca, which is a celebration of Latino music from the music of great artists Enrique Iglesius, Gloria Estefan,Ricky Martin, and more. The Nashville Symphony will be joined by an incredible Latino vocalist in a three night performance at 7:30 pm. Thursday through Saturday.


Bridgestone Arena has comedian Theo Von on Saturday. There are two shows on Saturday at 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. For drop-off locations, look at the 6th and Broadway while for a pick-up walk up to 8th and Broadway.


The Ryman has Drew and Ellie this weekend on Friday and Saturday. The show begins at 8:00 pm each evening. The drop-off location is located on 4th Avenue by the Ryman or at the corner of 4th and Commerce Street.


The Pinnacle on 9th Avenue has awesome performance on Friday evening with the October nights with October London and Tamar Braxton. This is part of their Calling All Lovers Tour, which brings in an R & B epic performance. The show begins at 8:00 pm on Friday.


Finally, at Ascend Amphitheater on Sunday, it's May The 4th Be With You. The music of Star Wars will be performed by The Nashville Symphony on Sunday. The concert begins at 8:00 pm with a drop-off location on 1st Avenue.
