Happenings In Nashville, TN This Weekend

The sun might be setting in Nashville for another week, but it's not stopping for some incredible experiences on Nashville, TN, this weekend beginning this evening. The Schermerhorn,  Bridgestone Arena,  The Ryman, and additional areas have so many great events this weekend. Beginning this evening, the weekend starts in Nashville, TN.

The Nashville Symphony will be having an incredible experience with their performance of Beethoven's Ninth: Ode To Joy.  The performance at the Schermerhorn will begin this evening at 7:30 pm. The show will be on Thursday, Friday,  and Saturday.  This is one classical performance you will not want to miss. 

The Nashville Predators are in town on Saturday, February 8th, 2025, hosting the Buffalo Sabres.  The match will be held at Bridgestone Arena.  The  game begins at 7:00 pm with doors opening up an hour and a half before puck drop.  This is an all ages event.  Plus, if you haven't experienced a Nashville Predators game, then you are missing out.

The Ryman has two great events for Friday and Sunday evening.  Virginia born Singer Morgan Wade takes the stage on Friday evening.  She has received nominations for her song Wilder Days by the Country of Country Music and American Music Association.  Her show begins at 8:00 pm with Amy Ray Band opening up. On Sunday at 6:30 pm, the timeless performance of Swan Lake will be performed at the Ryman. The performance is brought to you by the Grand Kyiv Ballet, which is based out of Ukraine and has been touring since 2014.

For basketball this weekend, both Vanderbilt and Belmont have games.  Vanderbilt Men's Basketball will be hosting the University of Texas at noon on Saturday. Belmont Bruins will be hosting Missouri State at 4:00 pm. You can watch the Vanderbilt Commodores at Vanderbilt Memorial Stadium, while for Belmont, it will be held at the Curb Event Center.

For pick-up locations in downtown Nashville, walk up to 8th and Broadway,  over to the Joseph Hotel on Korean Veterans Boulevard, or 7th and Church. Dining can be found at all venues or within a short walk. It's going to be another fantastic weekend in Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
