It is a new week and a new year here in Nashville, TN. There are plenty of great events this week in the music city. Here are your happenings for the week in Nashville, TN.
Tonight there is a Division 1 Subdivision National Championship game at FirstBank Stadium. This game is between The Montana State University Bobcats vs The Illinois State Redbirds. The kickoff is at 6:30 pm with drop off location on West End near the stadium. This will be a great game to attend especially if you are a fan of College Football. For pick up after the game walk over to Centennial Park.
The Ryman has two performances on Tuesday and Thursday evening. On Tuesday at 7:30 pm the performance of Richard Thomas in Mark Twain Tonight by Hal Holbrook will take the stage. This is a legendary act as Richard Thomas adds the life of Mark Twain in a incredible show. Thursday evening at 7:30 pm Trevor Wallace will add his amazing comedian talent to the historic venue. Drop off location can be found at the corner of 4th Avenue North and Commerce Street.
On Wednesday night the undefeated Vanderbilt Commodores will be hosting the Alabama Crimson Tide. The game is held at Memorial Gymnasium with tip off at 8:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to see two great basketball teams in a top team matchup for the SEC.
Hockey is finally back in Nashville for the new year. On Thursday night at it is the Nashville Predators vs the New Rangers. Puck drop is a 7:00 pm and drop off location can be found at the corner of 6th Avenue South and Broadway. If you are a fan of hockey then check out a Nashville Predators game.
