Happenings In Nashville, TN This Week!!!

There is only three days left until Christmas day. This week in Nashville, TN there are some great Christmas events occurring throughout the city. Here are your Christmas Happenings for the week in Nashville, TN.

Tonight and Tomorrow night at the Ryman there is an amazing performance by a Lady A. The Grammy award winning county music group will offer two great nights of their music. The performances are at 7:30 pm tonight and at 3:00 pm on Tuesday. Drop off location can be found at the corner of 4th Avenue North and Commerce Street.

The Nutcracker continues at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center this week. There are performances today at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm and on Wednesday at 1:00 PM. This time-honored Christmas ballet performance will be one to check out to get in the Christmas spirit. Drop off and pick up location can be found on 6th Avenue North and Martin Luther King Blvd.

If you are looking for a great Christmas light experience head to a place that was recommended to me by post it note. Cheekwood in Belle Meade offers a massive Christmas light experience where the botanical garden is filled with a walking light display that is amazing. The mansion is also decorated for Christmas and is quite amazing to see. The property is open until 10:00 pm each night and getting tickets in advance is highly recommended.

The Dancing Lights of Christmas are occurring out in Lebanon, TN. This is Tennessee's largest drive through light display. The cost per vehicle is only $35 dollars and well worth it. It is open seven days a week until January 4th, 2026. Lebanon is about forty minutes east of the downtown Nashville.

For dining options that have been recommended to me by post it note head to Sperry's in Belle Meade, ETC. in Green Hills, Maru in the Nations, Black Tap in downtown, and Boston Common in East Nashville.
