While you walk to the riverboat, there are plenty of signs that offer the history of not only the General Jackson but the history of the riverboat.  They offer midday and evening cruises.  Additionally,  with the holidays approaching the General Jackson will be offering their holiday music series beginning November 14th. The cruise runs from the Opry Mills Mall location to downtown and then back.  The show on the popular showboat offers a variety of live music, keeping you entertained the entire time along with great food.
