Dockside Restaurant Coeur d'Alene,ID!!!
Last night I finally arrived in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for another post it note trip. After checking into my hotel I headed to dining experience that one had recommended to me located at a sophisticated hotel in the heart of the city and along the lake. Although it was 9:15 pm at night the atmosphere at the restaurant was very good.
The Dockside Kitchen is an amazing dining experience right in The Coeur d'Alene Hotel. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast they offer al very large breakfast buffet while at lunch they also offer a salad bar. The restaurant offers salads, soups, appetizers, sandwiches, entree items, cuts of steak, and dessert. They have an extensive bar menu with all sorts of cocktails. For dinner I had their Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich which was absolutely delicious with shaved cuts of flavorful prime rib topped with sauteed onions and served with a side of horseradish while served on a delicious toasted hoagie bun. The fries were really good as well. For wines I had the local chardonnay that is locally grown and made in this part of Idaho which had deep hints of fruit and boldness to the flavors.
The service was excellent along with an amazing ambiance. They are open seven days a week from 7:00 am and closing on 10:00 pm on Sunday through Thursday while on the weekends they close at 11:00 pm.
