Coeur d'Alene, ID: An Overview!!!

A trip to Coeur d'Alene, ID offers so much to see and do. It was my first stop in my post it note journey to the state of Idaho. Whether your are looking for great hiking, sightseeing, dining, shopping, and other features then this is one worth checking out.

Throughout the downtown there are plenty of shops and restaurants. A couple of restaurants that I enjoyed were Dockside Restaurant for dinner and Florrette for breakfast. There is great shopping area throughout the downtown area including The Shops at The Downtown Mall. There is great hiking with Tubbs Hill. Exceptional views of Coeur d'Alene Lake from The Boardwalk Marina. You can visit this great Idaho town any time of year but summer is most popular with the extra boating activities.

Since I was there for only one day I stayed at The Super 8 by Wyndham where the rooms were clean and offered comfortable beds. The closest airport is Spokane, WA which is only 40 minutes away. Add a stop to the town of Coeur d'Alene when visiting Idaho. #ridingwithkurt #postit #idaho
