Casa Calixto Bellevue, TN!!!
A couple weeks ago I provided a ride to a couple who live in Bellevue, TN. They told me about some of their favorite dining spots including one that I had a post it note recommendation for. They said it was their favorite Mexican restaurant in the Bellevue area and one I made a stop at a few days ago.
Casa Calixto offers great Mexican classics, Margarita's, and other tasty treats. The chips and salsa a very good with the salsa freshly made. The Margarita was very good as well with a balance of sweetness and tart. They are made to order and it is very good. The entree I had was their Traditional Beef Enchiladas served with Rice and Refried Beans. The entire dish was excellent with a flavorful ground beef wrapped in a tortilla and topped with an a excellent enchilada sauce. If you are a fan of Enchilada's then this one to check out.
They are open seven days a week starting at 11:00 pm while it closes at 9:00 pm on Sunday through Thursday and on Friday through Saturday at 10:00 pm. The service is fast and superb with a very relaxed ambiance. If you are in Bellevue, TN head to Casa Calixto for some great Mexican food. #ridingwithkurt #postit
