2025 is just around the corner, and where are you planning on traveling to in the new year? Yesterday, I had some great conversations with individuals i gave a ride to about their travel plans in the new year. There were plenty of places discussed, especially some of my travels, by post-it notes. Here are some stops to add to your travel plans in 2025 for Arizona.
The Phoenix and Scottsdale area are amazing with dining, shopping, Camel Back Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale, dining at Joe Farm Gril in Gilbert and Z Tejas in Scottsdale, and Galleries throughout the city. The Phoenician is also a must stop for golf and dining. A hotel that I have also enjoyed staying when visiting Scottsdale is The Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Scottsdale. The hotel rooms are roomy, great amenities, an incredible breakfast buffet in the morning, plus close proximity to all the sights around Scottsdale. Look at a stay at the Embassy Suites in Scottsdale next time you're visiting.
Sedona is absolutely amazing to visit and is definitely worth the drive. There is one restaurant that is a must when visiting. Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill is worth the drive. Incredible views with amazing dining. Incredible hiking nearby, including Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Red Rock State Park, and many more.
The Grand Canyon is a must stop for any bucket lists. Both the Northern and Southern Rim are worth visiting. Incredible views along with the beauty of Northern Arizona. If you're visiting the Northern Rim, look at Page, Arizona. Only an hour and a half away, the drive to the Grand Canyon is amazing. With stops at the Navajo Bridge and Vermillion Cliffs. For hotels in Page, look at Quality Inn View Lake Powell. Very convenient hotel with very large rooms and a great breakfast buffet.
Arizona is an amazing state with so much to see. Other notable stops in the state include Monument Valley, Valley of the God's, Superstition Mountains, and Tonto National Forest. National Parks, along with dining, hiking, sightseeing, history, and art, add Arizona to your travels in the new year. #ridingwithkurt
