Nashville offers so many great experiences, as well as several of various areas to explore. One such area that has gained tremendous popularity over the last couple of years that is popular for great dining, shopping, boutiques, bars, and coffee shops. This area has been a place that I have had several of discussions with about an area to add when visiting Nashville, TN plus many of the eateries were recommended to me by post it note.

The area of 12th Avenue South is conveniently located about ten minutes south of the city. It is a very lively place that has gained a lot of popularity and is a area that you can stroll the streets and take in everything the area has to offer. There are plenty of great shops including Love Shack Fancy, TAG Provisions for Men, Faherty, White's Mercantile, Y'all Come Back, Molly Green, Draper James, Serendipity, Finnley's, United Apparel Liquidators, Urban Outfitters, Made in TN, Savant Vintage, and other great shops. Dining options that I have enjoyed on 12th Avenue South I have enjoyed including Epice, Embers Ski Lodge, Frothy Money, Urban Grub, Buttermilk Ranch, Burger Up, 12 South Taproom, and Edley's BBQ.

The 12th Avenue South Area is a great area to explore. Plus, there is Sevier Park near the end of the area that offers walking paths and playground for kids. Look at adding the 12th Avenue South area on you next trip to Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
