The city of Nashville has so many different pockets that offer plenty of great areas to explore over the last four years. One area that keeps expanding and offering plenty of shopping, dining, murals, and experiences in Nashville is the area known as the 12th Avenue South. The popular area is about eight to ten minutes from the Broadway area.

There are plenty of other great dining as well as the shopping in 12th Avenue South.

Shopping along 12th Avenue South include Serendipity, White's Mercantile, Draper James, Made in TN, Buck Mason, Loveshack Fancy, and many more. This whole strip of shops, restaurants, boutiques, bars, and coffee houses is over a mile long in length. Hotels nearby the area include The JW Marriott, The Westin, and The Omni Hotel.
