Portillo's Chicago, Il!!!
The beef industry has always been a big part of the city of Chicago, IL. It is part of the culture of the area as the Union Stockyard opened up in 1865. Large industrial slaughterhouses arose with the beef industry which led to the Chicago Beef Hotdog and Italian Beef Sandwiches.
