One place that is a Nashville icon is Fox's Donut Den. It's located in Green Hills and has amazing donuts. I have been going there since I was a kid and even taken my own kids there. If you are visiting Nashville or even live here, it's a must try.

The Nashville Zoo is located off of Donelson Pike. It offers a wide range of wildlife from all over the world. They have concessions and gift shops. Tickets range from $16 to $24 dollars. It is about 20 minutes southeast of downtown Nashville.

Another fun place is the Adventure Science Center. Located just 10 minutes south of downtown, they offer all sorts of fun activities for kids. Concessions and gift shops are available. Tickets range from $18 to $22 dollars.

Phillips Toy Mart is another one located in Belle Meade. Offers a great variety of toys and entertaining things to see in this amazing toy store. Plus, their model train is amazing.
