There are some incredible views from various points of interests in the city of Chicago. Some of these are from the ground but there is one that I experienced that has a spectacular view. It sits in the loop and it was also a stop that was recommended by post it note.
Trump Tower is located in The Loop area of downtown Chicago and is the second highest building next to the Willis Tower. Inside this spectacular architecture piece of Chicago is a dining and cocktail experience that is absolutely amazing. The Trump Terrace is located on the 16th floor which is also known as the Terrace 16. It offers a great patio with incredible views of the riverwalk, Lake Michigan, and downtown Chicago. The menu varies from appetizers, salads, entrees, and delectable desserts. For me I enjoyed the spectacular views from the patio then taking a seat at the bar. I had their Trump Cabernet Sauvignon which had hints of plum, blackberry, toffee, and dark chocolate. The glass of wine was absolutely delicious and the balance of flavor with it was very good. With each cocktail the bar offer a complimentary nut mixture with one side of classical mixed nuts and the other side of a Cajun and wasabi mixture.
The ambiance is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and spacious seating for dining. They are open for service seven days week from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner. This is one experience for a cocktail that is worth it when traveling in Chicago, Il. #ridingwithkurt #postit #terrace16
