Taqueria Del Sol Sylvan Park, TN

Some time back, a rider told me about one of her favorite dining spots in Sylvan Park and the nation's area. Today, I stopped by Taqueria Del Sol to check it out. The atmosphere is vibrant, the food is excellent, and the service is amazing. They offer a tex mex style of cuisine with their menu ranging from chips and dip, tacos, Enchiladas, and other great dishes. Today, I had their Blue Plate, which was amazing. Green Chili Pot Pie served in a puffed pastry over Mexican rice. The amount of flavor in the dish was incredible. Especially if you like Chicken Pot Pie and Southwestern cuisine. This is a definite spot you should check out next time you're in the Sylvan Park area. #ridingwithkurt
