Category 10 Nashville, TN!!!

Last night I had the opportunity to attend a great event for opening day of MLB baseball. It was also an event to support Nashville, TN future MLB team the Nashville Stars. The event was held at a place that I had received a post it not for when it was first opened.

Category 10 is a awesome bar and restaurant. The building was one of the first bars on Second Ave North back in the late 1990's. The original location was called the Wild Horse Saloon and back in the day this would be a place that CMT would stream live from the Wildhorse to draw attention to the bar and live music on Second Avenue at the time. Today the establishment has four levels with the first three levels offering views of the main stage. There are bars at all four levels with a sports bar on the third. The forth floor has a great views of the Cumberland River with a stage for live music. You never know who might perform here but the artists were all amazing and the website has the line up each day. Last night legendary country music artists Chase Rice showed up and performed a couple of his hits. They offer a full menu with appetizers, entrees, and other tasty items. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is amazing along with the ambiance.

Category 10 is located on 2nd Avenue North only a short walk to Broadway. This is one bar you will want to check out when visiting Nashville, TN. Add a stop to Category 10 when looking for a great live music atmosphere. #ridingwithkurt
